Pilgrims to give late checks to duo Plymouth boss Carl Fletcher is expected to name an unchanged side when they play host to high-flying Rochdale. The Pilgrims recorded their biggest win of the season so far last weekend with a 4-1 win at Barnet and Fletcher will be reluctant to make too many changes. Defender Maxime Blanchard returned against the Bees after recovering from concussion and is expected to retain his place having coming through the match unscathed. Striker Guy Madjo was replaced at the interval in that fixture by Andres Gurrieri but should be named in the starting line-up. Onismor Bhasera returns from international duty but Warren Feeney and Ross Jenkins both face late checks on groin injuries respectively. Argyle could record back-to-back league victories for the first time this season. Rochdale midfielder Ray Putterill remains an injury doubt. Putterill sustained a groin problem during the penalty shoot-out loss to local rivals Bury in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy last midweek. The complaint ruled the former Accrington man out of the npower League Two clash with Morecambe at Spotland last weekend and is still causing concern ahead of the lengthy journey to Home Park. Craig Curran serves the second game of a three-match ban for his red card against Bury but forward Bobby Grant is back in the fold following a suspension of his own. Youngster Luke Watson returned from a lengthy knee-injury absence to take a place on the bench a week ago and will once again push for a place in boss John Coleman's plans. Reece Gray (broken leg) and goalkeeper Matt Edwards (wrist) remain long-term absentees.
