Banton in fitness battle
Plymouth will assess winger Jason Banton's injury ahead of the visit of Morecambe.
The 4-0 win at Fleetwood on Tuesday night was the first match Banton had missed since rejoining the Pilgrims from Crystal Palace last month and he remains a doubt for this weekend's clash with a groin problem.
Manager John Sheridan is unlikely to shuffle his pack as they look to close the four-point gap on the play-offs with their third successive win which means Neal Trotman should keep his place having returned from suspension.
While Argyle have been in fine form on their travels they have drawn three of their last four home games and lost the other 4-0.
Striker Jack Redshaw will be back to bolster Morecambe's attacking options.
The 23-year-old has been struggling with illness of late but boss Jim Bentley, who revealed some other members of his squad are now struggling with a virus, expects to have Redshaw back in his squad at the weekend.
However, forward Padraig Amond is a major doubt because of a hamstring problem.
On Thursday it was confirmed Jamie Devitt had agreed to extend his loan stay with the Shrimps until the end of the season, yet the midfielder misses out at Plymouth because of suspension.
