Graham Carey fit for Plymouth

Graham Carey is fit to start when Sky Bet League Two leaders Plymouth welcome Hartlepool to Home Park.

The midfielder, who scored in last week's Devon derby win over Exeter, hobbled off with a knock but manager Derek Adams has confirmed he will play on Saturday.

Paul-Arnold Garita, who also scored against the Grecians, is rated 50-50 as he went off with a hamstring problem.

Ryan Brunt (knee) and Gary Sawyer (stomach) remained sidelined.

Hartlepool boss Craig Hignett will be without full-back Carl Magnay after it was confirmed he ruptured his cruciate ligament during last weekend's 0-0 home draw with Mansfield.

Magnay faces around six months on the sidelines, although Hignett at least has options when it comes to replacing him with Jake Carroll and Jordan Richards both battling for a place in the starting line-up.

Rob Jones has returned to light training as he attempts to overcome a hip problem and could be involved, but fellow central defender Matthew Bates is likely to be missing once again as he continues his recovery from bone bruising in his ankle.

Midfielder Michael Woods is nursing an Achilles problem and will be assessed over the next 24 hours.
