Sheridan to keep faith

Plymouth could name an unchanged line-up when they host Exeter in the Devon derby.

The Pilgrims boss John Sheridan has no fresh injuries despite his team having played 120 minutes on Tuesday night against Leyton Orient.

On-loan Blackburn defender Anthony O'Connor made his debut in that 3-3 draw after serving his suspension against Cambridge and he will hope to keep his place in the starting line-up.

Youngsters Tyler Harvey and River Allen will also hope to be involved again after featuring against Orient.

Exeter boss Paul Tisdale hopes to have a stronger squad in place when they look to chalk up a third successive victory over their fiercest rivals.

The Grecians, who won home and away against the Pilgrims last season, have been suffering with a sickness bug that saw the likes of Pat Baldwin, Danny Butterfield, Aaron Davies and David Wheeler all suffer.

The four days since their midweek defeat to Bournemouth means City should have seen the last of the bug and could even be boosted by the availability of striker Graham Cummins. The former Preston man has been training with City and is able to feature after the club's transfer embargo was lifted.

But Tisdale is sweating on the fitness of midfielder Liam Sercombe, who missed the defeat to the Cherries on Tuesday night through injury. Jordan Moore-Taylor and Jamie Reid remain out.
