Nelson back for Pilgrims

Plymouth will be boosted by the return of captain Curtis Nelson for the clash with AFC Wimbledon.

The Pilgrims skipper missed Saturday's home victory over Mansfield as he served a one-match ban following a red card against Portsmouth and boss John Sheridan could bring him straight back into the starting line-up to face the Dons.

Anthony O'Connor came through 90 minutes, and scored the game's opening goal, having spent two games on the sidelines with a groin problem and he should retain his place but may move into midfield.

Striker Reuben Reid will start once again despite a niggling foot injury.

Wimbledon are set to be without Deji Oshilaja, who suffered a nasty neck injury against Oxford on Saturday.

The on-loan Cardiff centre-back fell to the ground head first after an aerial challenge and was taken to hospital as a precaution.

Long-serving midfielder Sammy Moore missed the goalless draw at Kingsmeadow following the death of his mother last week.

Callum Kennedy is still struggling with a thigh injury but fellow defender Ryan Sweeney, 17, could keep his place following an impressive full debut against the U's .
