Back in his second spell at Home Park, the 52-year-old Scot was disappointed to finish the season 21st in the 24-team league, just one place above the relegation zone.[LNB]Sturrock said: "We are a small fish in a big pond and what happens is that people come along and cherry pick our team. They've got the finance to do that.[LNB]"It means we are going to be a team which is restructured on a regular basis.[LNB]"It's a very difficult job restructuring football clubs and winning at the same time, especially in the Championship.[LNB]"I didn't know it was going to be as hard as it was last season but I realise now there are certain things that have to change and we will be better equipped for the challenge next season."[LNB][LNB]
