Pilgrims back on home soil
Plymouth manager Peter Reid is happy to be back on English ground after a energy-sapping tour of Holland.
The Pilgrims travel to Hereford on Wednesday and Reid believes that type of match will suit his players in their build-up to the start of the season, following a punishing trip.
"The games in Holland were good for fitness because of the way they shift the ball and pass it," Reid told the club's official website.
He added: "The games in England are a different style and it's what we expect to face during the majority of the season, and I'm sure the players are ready."
