Paterson returns for Pilgrims

21 February 2011 19:30
Plymouth boss Peter Reid will have Jim Paterson available for the trip to league-leaders Brighton. The 31-year-old has missed the last three games, all defeats, while on compassionate leave in Scotland but returned to training this week and will be in the squad. Paterson could even go straight back into the starting line-up after his replacement, Karl Duguid, limped out of the 3-1 defeat against Tranmere before half-time on February 12. Defender Onismor Bhasera is making good progress in his rehabilitation from a knee problem but the game is likely to come too soon for him. Winger Yala Bolasie will complete a three-match ban following his sending-off against Yeovil on February 1 for an off-the-ball incident. The Pilgrims will be hoping to end a run of five consecutive league defeats.
