Parrett set for debut

New signing Dean Parrett is likely to be handed his Plymouth debut as Peter Reid looks to end the club`s Home Park hoodoo against Carlisle. The young midfielder arrived on Thursday on a season-long loan from Tottenham and has already impressed in training as he looks to earn a place in the middle of the park. Parrett could replace Anton Peterlin with Reid otherwise likely to switch back to the XI who secured a shock 1-0 win at Southampton on the opening day, with Krisztian Timar and Kari Arnason at the heart of defence after the former missed out in midweek due to a back problem. The Pilgrims boss made six changes to his starting line-up for Tuesday`s Carling Cup home defeat to Notts County - a result which extended the club`s winless streak at Home Park. The Argyle faithful last tasted success on home soil back on March 16 when they beat West Country neighbours Bristol City 3-2.
