Luggy glad Seip can face Argyle

Seip, 27, has yet to appear for the Tangerines but Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has no qualms about the transfer-listed Dutchman featuring against his side if selected by counterpart Ian Holloway at Bloomfield Road. Sturrock said: "The deal would not have happened had that clause been taken away. With the international break, he would have finished up playing very few games. "We are hoping he will put himself in the shop window. He hasn't started any of their games, which is not ideal, but nobody else has come in for him."
