Home form puzzles Reid

Manager Peter Reid admits he is mystified by Plymouth`s home form. Following good results on the road this season, Argyle remain with only one win at Home Park after another defeat to Hartlepool. "I don't know what it is about us when we are here at home. We have shown how good we can be at Swindon with a great result and great performance," said Reid. "We played well for a draw at Rochdale and then we come home here and the players seem to go into their shells. I can't explain it for the life of me. "It's been something that has a history with the team here. It's been going on for the past two years but it has to change. I kept saying to the players from the sidelines that they needed to get the ball down and pass. They were hoofing it from the back up to the front and I don't want them to do that. "It mystifies me. I cannot put my finger on it but I know that it is down to working hard in training and turning the tide. We have just got to keep working at it and working at it." Reid added: "We gave the ball away on numerous occasions and there's no doubt about it, the better team won on the day."
