Fletcher completes Pilgrims switch

The 28-year-old former West Ham and Bournemouth midfielder is in line to make his debut for the Pilgrims in Saturday's visit of Sheffield United.[LNB]"I'd not really been getting a look-in at Palace, I needed to play some games and the manager here wanted a midfielder so it worked out well," he told Plymouth's official website.[LNB]"Hopefully we can help each other out.
