Plymouth full-back Karl Duguid is determined to help Argyle take all three points when they visit his former club Colchester on Saturday. The 32-year-old made 386 appearances during 14 years with the Essex side, before joining the Pilgrims in 2008. [LNB]Duguid told BBC Radio Devon: "I enjoyed every minute there [Colchester] and it was all good times. [LNB]"Going to see the fans will be nice, but hopefully I can be involved, and play a part in getting three points." [LNB]He added: "When I moved on they moved out of Layer Road and into the Colchester Community Stadium so ground wise it's like another away game for me."[LNB] [LNB][LNB] Having not played last weekend because of the international break, Plymouth have slipped into the League One relegation places, with just four points from their opening four games. [LNB]Duguid said: "The first six to 10 games you're getting different results so it's just down to us to push on now and start doing what we like to do and that's winning football matches. [LNB]"We didn't play last week which isn't ideal after you've lost as you want to get a game in straight away and get a win. [LNB]"But there's plus sides to that as well because it's given the gaffer time to work with the lads and work on things that we haven't been doing right in games."
