Donnelly makes Hatters loan move
The 21-year-old will spend a month at Kenilworth Road and is set to go straight into the Hatters' squad for Saturday's trip to Kettering.
Donnelly has yet to represent Argyle this season and is excited by the prospect of regular football during his loan spell.
He told Plymouth's official website: "I've never been to Luton but I'm looking forward to the experience of playing first-team football.
"I just want to play some games, improve my match fitness and hopefully score some goals."
