Cathcart frustrated by knee injury
The 20-year-old enjoyed a successful loan season at Home Park and was expected to make his international bow against Italy on June 6.
But Cathcart, named Plymouth's young player of the year earlier this month, has been forced to withdraw from the squad after injuring his knee against Blackpool on April 4.
