Boss has high hopes for new boy
Argyle swooped for the 20-year-old Skelmersdale striker last week and Donnelly has already started training with his new team-mates at Home Park.
Sturrock said: "He has looked very good in training and his finishing is excellent.
"He has come through Liverpool's Academy so he has a backbone, he's not a total novice.
"He excited me because there is a hunger about his approach. He's so positive."
