A late penalty by Bobby Mann gave Peterhead a narrow victory against relegated Stranraer at Stair Park.Stuart McKay and Conrad Kosminski both had efforts cleared off the line by Stranraer's Stevie Aitken. Steve McConalogue came closest for the home side with a goal-bound shot that was tipped over by keeper Paul Jarvie.
