Mixed news for leaders

League Two leaders Peterhead have Callum MacDonald ruled out of the visit of Berwick with a knee injury, however David Cox is set to return after four months out.

Boss Jim McInally said: "We have got ourselves into a good position and are determined to keep that going.

"I have always said that Berwick are a good footballing side so they will be very dangerous opponents especially with the confidence of a 5-0 win over Montrose behind them.

"We were a bit weary up at Elgin last weekend but we rallied and came away with a win. I am hoping that we are a bit fresher this weekend."

Berwick have Dean Hoskins available after suspension, yet Steve Notman drops out with a knee injury.

Stephen Tulloch is a major injury doubt after picking up a knock in training on Thursday.

Player-manager Colin Cameron said: "We are back in the race after a great performance against Montrose. It was the best I have seen from the boys and showed me that on our day we can take points off anyone.

"If we can hit that level again then we can take something from a very difficult venue in Peterhead."
