Peterborough United striker Craig Mackail-Smith has urged his team-mates to put recent criticism to one side and believe in their own ability.The Posh squad have come under fire from some supporters in recent weeks. Mackail-Smith told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "I don't know whether many of the boys read the forums or look at the papers.
