Peterborough United have wrapped up the signing of Hereford United midfielder Toumani Diagouraga for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old holding player is rumoured to have cost the Posh around £400,000, having decided to leave Edgar Street following the Bulls' relegation back to League Two.
Diagouraga told his new club's official website: "The ambition that the club showed was first-class and that has persuaded me to join.
"I am pleased to be back in the Championship again, I was at Watford at this level and it has been good for me to play in League Two and League One - it was a learning curve.
"I had a very good time at Hereford and I am sad to leave them, but at the end of the day I had to do what is best for me and my career."
