Posh part company with Cooper

Mark Cooper has left Peterborough United just over two months after replacing Darren Ferguson in the London Road hot-seat.
The Posh are 11 points adrift of Championship safety with only 18 games of the season remaining after Ferguson had guided them to back-to-back promotions.
A brief statement on the club's official website read: "After meeting with the manager, Peterborough United and Mark Cooper are parting company with immediate effect following the termination of his contract.
"The football club would like to thank Mark for his professional and dedicated service during his time at London Road and wish him and his family all the best for the future."
Under former Tamworth and Kettering Town manager Cooper's stewardship, United won only one of their 13 matches.
