Mills gets Posh break
23 Jul 2009 - 17:27:00
Championship new boys Peterborough United have continued their summer recruitment with the acquisition of 18-year-old striker Danny Mills from Crawley Town.
Mills had been training with Old Firm giants Rangers, but was recalled from Ibrox after an undisclosed bid for the player was accepted by the non-league club.
"It's good business for Crawley Town," boss Steve Evans told BBC Sussex.
"More importantly it's good business for a man we think highly of. We wish him every success."
Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson told the club's official website that Mills is a long-term project.
"Danny is one for the future and he is a good size," he said.
