Logan completes Posh switch

Peterborough United chief Barry Fry has completed the signing of loan star Richard Logan on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

The Boston United forward was nearing the end of a three-month loan spell at London Road and his decision to make the move permanent follows a similar deal to keep fellow loan striker Calum Willock at the club.

A delighted Fry told the club's official website: "I am pleased to sign the pair of them as they still have the potential to play at a much higher level.

"I don't think anyone knows what Calum can achieve in the game, but he has got a lot of talent and is still a young man.

"They are both looking to kick-start their careers and hopefully they can do a good job for us."

Fry is still looking to further strengthen his strike force following the sale of Leon McKenzie to Norwich City, and has confirmed that he has made enquiries about West ham's Richard Garcia, Cambridge's Dave Kitson and Coventry duo Dele Adebola and Gary McSheffrey.
