Lewis not seeking Posh move

Peterborough United goalkeeper Joe Lewis has rubbished reports that he could join a Premier League club in January.

The England Under-21 international has been linked with several moves to the top-flight since helping Posh win promotion to League One last season.

Lewis arrived at London Road in a £400,000 deal from Norwich City in January but is not looking to move on when the transfer window reopens.

"I wouldn't see the point of going anywhere just to sit on the bench," he said.

"I'm playing regular football at a good standard in League One."
