Peterborough United have snapped up Woking goalkeeper Shwan Jalal for an undisclosed fee, on a contract running until the summer of 2009.
Posh boss Keith Alexander has been busy bolstering his squad with several signings from the Conference - having already signed Aaron McLean from Grays Athletic, George Boyd from Stevenage Borough and having agreed a deal for Dagenham Redbridge pair Shane Blackett and Craig Mackail-Smith.
Jalal, 23, began his career as trainee with Spurs and recently spent a loan stint with Sheffield Wednesday.
He told his new club's official website: "I enjoyed my time at Woking and it has been a good season for me.
"This move is a great opportunity and one I am looking to take. I can't wait to get started."
