Injured Torres returns to Posh
The Argentinean's initial spell at Sincil Bank ended on December 28 but an agreement was in place for him to remain at the League Two club for the remainder of the season. Torres damaged ankle ligaments during a 1-1 draw with Cheltenham in mid-November and has not made an appearance since. "Sergio has gone back to Peterborough to continue his treatment. If he is still available when he is fully fit then we will review the situation," Lincoln boss Chris Sutton told the club's official website.
