Ferguson plays down Posh targets

Preston boss Darren Ferguson has moved to allay fears he could return to former club Peterborough to poach players for his new side.Ferguson was named Preston boss last Wednesday just two months after leaving London Road and has already been linked with winger George Boyd. Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "I'm not planning on doing anything in the transfer market as it stands. "I'm not going to be making any bids because I need to assess the squad."
