Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony insists Darren Ferguson remains focused on his job at London Road.
Ferguson has been linked with several leading jobs in recent days, including the managerial vacancies at Wigan Athletic, Reading and Aberdeen.
He was reportedly refused permission to speak with Reading, but MacAnthony claims his manager is 'perfectly happy' at the Championship-bound club.
"I spent a few hours with Darren in my office in Spain on Wednesday discussing recent speculation and, of course, the future," he said in a statement.
"Darren would like me to make it clear on his behalf that he is perfectly happy at Peterborough and is looking forward to the season ahead.
"He has no interest in any other club and is 100 per cent focused on the coming season and the challenge of making us a Premier League club."
