Ferguson demands Posh improvement

The newly-promoted club have endured a tricky start to the season, picking up just one point from their opening three outings. But Ferguson told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "We've made mistakes and those responsible know what they've done, but we win together and we lose together at this club. "It's a fact that we all need to improve and I include myself in that. The players look to me for leadership and inspiration and I must give it to them. "Obviously players can't go on making the same mistakes, but I don't make rash decisions and I honestly believe we have massive improvement in us."
