Ferguson confirms Thompson offer

Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson says the club have made a second bid for Stockport youngster Josh Thompson.With Stockport in administration, Posh are hopeful of making the 17-year-old central defender their fourth signing of the summer. Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "We've put another bid in and hopefully it's good enough.
