Dibble at the double for Posh

Peterborough United have bolstered their backroom staff with the appointment of Andy Dibble as goalkeeping coach.

Dibble recently parted company with Coventry City following Iain Dowie's appointment as Sky Blues boss and has agreed to join rookie manager Darren Ferguson at London Road.

"He will be a great help to Mark Tyler, Shwan Jalal and our younger goalkeepers in the youth team," Ferguson told the club's official website.

"I have known Andy for a long time. He is a great professional, been in the game a long time and we are fortunate to have him.

"He was at Wrexham with myself and he has been at Coventry of late up until Adrian Heath left.

"He is a good coach and we are pleased to have him on board because he will be a great help to our goalkeepers."
