Crow set to leave Posh
06 May 2008 - 12:15:14
Peterborough United have told striker Danny Crow that he is surplus to requirements at London Road.
Crow has been on-loan at Notts County since February and is unlikely to be making the move up to League One with promoted Posh next season.
Meanwhile, manager Darren Ferguson has revealed Claude Gnapka has left the club after the French midfielder turned down the offer of a new contract.
"Danny is surplus to requirements at this football club and he is available while there are one or two others that I don't expect to be here next season," he told the club's official website.
"Claude Gnakpa has now left the club and I think he will sign for a League Two club for a bit more money.
"We made him a good offer as he has played well for us this season, but if players think we will meet all of their demands then they are wrong.
"I thank him for his efforts for the club, but he won't be here next season."
