Boyd plays down exit talk

Peterborough United winger George Boyd has dismissed rumours linking him with a move away from London Road.

The 24-year-old has scored 36 goals in 140 appearances for Posh to date, helping the club to clinch back-to-back promotions.

He told the Evening Telegraph: "I'm not looking to move. I've come a long way with this club, these players and the Posh fans and the manager has been great to me, so I love it here.

"All I care about this season is helping the club climb up the table.

"I'd love to play in the Premier League, but it's not impossible to believe I could do it with this club one day."
