The 19-year-old has made 10 appearances since moving to London Road on loan at the end of October and will sign on full-time on Friday for a fee which will eclipse the £400,000 paid to Norwich for goalkeeper Joe Lewis two years ago. Fry told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "Ryan's deal goes through on Friday. "It is a record transfer for the club and there are also sorts of add-ons in there as well - things like helping Posh into the Premier League and him going on to play for England.
