Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson believes it is unlikely that Gabriel Zakuani will be fit to play Charlton on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old defender dislocated a shoulder against Brentford last month but has made an astonishing recovery.
Zakuani has insisted that "nothing and no-one" will keep him out the Posh side once he has been given the all-clear to return, but Ferguson is sceptical about his chances of playing at the Valley.
"Gaby says he will be fit, but you know what specialists are like," he told The Evening Telegraph. "They usually err on the side of caution.
"It would be good to have him back though. He's missed too many games this season."
