Wright has first-team Posh target
Wright has made just one appearance for Posh since his January move from Blue Square South side Hampton and Richmond Borough.
And although the 20-year-old appreciates he is behind Craig-Mackail Smith and Aaron Mclean in the pecking order at London Road, he is prepared to bide his time for a chance to impress.
Wright told the club's official website: "I know I have to bide my time and wait for chance, but I'm confident I can do well if I get into the team.
"It's good to see them (Mclean and Mackail-Smith) doing well, if I get my chance I've just got to take it.
"If I do well in pre-season hopefully I'll get a chance, I've got to try and impress in training and when I get a chance in pre-season games I've got to take it."
