Back-to-back promotions have led Posh from League Two into England's second tier and bubbly Fry could not be happier with how life is panning out at London Road. "We've got very young, hungry, talented players, we fancy ourselves strongly so bring on Derby on Saturday," he told Sky Sports News. "The best thing I've ever done in my life is introduce (chairman) Darragh MacAnthony and (manager) Darren Ferguson, these two gentleman have worked a miracle over the last two years getting back-to-back promotions with our young, hungry, talented players. "To be honest we don't know how good these players are. It's great to be going into the Championship, first game away at Derby, 17 out of the 24 clubs are ex-Premier League. Unbelievable, it's a Roy of the Rovers tale." Asked whether the club is in its best ever shape, Fry replied: "Without and doubt, on and off the field, absolutely fantastic."
