Posh are just a point outside the automatic promotion places following their 4-2 win over Crewe on Tuesday night.[LNB]But McLean insists the hard work starts now as his side bid to claim a second successive promotion and he believes the least they should target is a play-off spot.[LNB]He told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "All we have done so far is get ourselves into a good position, but it is what happens from now that really matters.[LNB]"A few defeats could undo the good work, but I am sure that is not going to happen with the character and ability we have in our dressing room.[LNB]"It would be absolutely criminal if we didn't manage to finish in the play-off places and that has to be the minimum requirement now."[LNB][LNB]
