Notts County and Peterborough have been fined £15,000 by the Football Association after pleading guilty to conduct charges relating to the mass melee that followed the npower League One clash between the two clubs last month. Both clubs were charged with failure to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour following the game at London Road on 28 September. Notts and Peterborough attended a disciplinary hearing on Wednesday when the punishment was handed out. Meanwhile, Notts coach Mark Draper was fined £400 and given a three-match touchline ban after admitting an individual charge of misconduct. A further charge of misconduct against Peterborough coach Ben McKenzie was not proven.
