Posh fearing Williams injury blow
The defender picked up a suspected medial knee ligament injury during the closing minutes of Saturday's 2-1 win at Oldham.
Williams is set to see a specialist on Monday afternoon but the club expect him to be ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
Manager Darren Ferguson has had a luckless run of injuries at left-back with Williams, Jamie Day and Shane Blackett all spending the majority of the season on the treatment table.
