Posh boss still eyeing promotion

Posh have found life difficult back in the second tier and are yet to win in the league this term but Ferguson maintains the view that a winning run will be enough to push them into contention. He said: "There will be a lot of draws in the Championship this season so any team that can string a few wins together will climb the table quickly. "We have shown in the past we are a team capable of doing just that. Once we get our first win I am sure we will be and up running. "It might seem a little strange right now to talk about challenging at the top but we have a history of getting better as a season progresses. "The lads have been flying in training this week. They look fresh and lively and I'm confident of a good performance at QPR especially as we now have a fully fit squad."
