Posh boss recalls young striker
Mills, 18, made two substitute appearances for the Gulls, last week's 2-2 home draw with Morecambe and away at Macclesfield.
Following the draw with Morecambe, manager Paul Buckle said: "You can see that Mills has got all the attributes to be a top forward.
"He's quick and he's six foot-plus and he's young. He's definitely one for the future."
