Nadine Ferguson, 30, who is separated from Manchester United manager Sir Alex's son, Darren, was trapped in her car along with children Charlie, 10, and six-year-old Grace when it was involved in a head-on collision on May 5. Charlie later underwent an operation and Ferguson has revealed all three are making a full recovery. In a statement he said: "Luckily, Charlie is making a full recovery. Grace is reasonably unscathed. "Considering neither of them were wearing their booster seats or their seatbelts correctly, we have had a lucky escape. "Personally I would like to thank the hospital staff for all their support. "They have been outstanding throughout this difficult time. "I would also like to thank everybody for their best wishes and support over the last few weeks."
