Mackail-Smith makes a case for defence

Peterborough striker Craig Mackail-Smith has admitted that Posh will have to curb their all-out attacking stance if they are to win promotion from League One this season. Mackail-Smith scored twice in a 5-4 win over Swindon at the weekend to take his tally to 11 for the season in the latest thrilling game at London Road. Gary Johnson's side have scored three goals or more six times already this season but Mackail-Smith knows that they cannot continue to throw away leads if they are to retain their current position in the automatic promotion places. He said: "We have had some amazing games at home this season and no-one can complain about the entertainment. "Me and Aaron McLean love the fact that we are creating so many chances, but we are going to have to defend better as a team if we are to stay in the top two."
