Lewis bullish over promotion hopes
Posh have won six of their last seven games - including four straight victories - to lie second in League One.
And Lewis is confident Darren Ferguson's men can maintain their winning run to secure promotion to the Championship.
"Its been a great time to put a little run together," he told the club's official website.
Its a difficult time of the season because we have had so many games recently and we have come through it very well.
"Hopefully we can take our record into the final few games and keep up the pressure on the teams around."
