Lee is not worried, however, and believes Geohaghon will prove a valuable team-mate against the Owls.
Lee said: "It looks like we will be playing together and we must both treat it as a great opportunity rather than be worried about anything.
"I reckon it could work. I haven't started a match at centre-back for a long time but I enjoy playing there and Exodus is easy to play with.
"He's a big man and his size can be intimidating. If we keep things simple and play to our strengths we can do okay together.
"They will fancy their chances against us because we are bottom of the league and because they will know we have a few defenders missing. I guess all the high balls will be coming my way but I will cope with that."
