Langmead targets defensive improvement

Defender Kelvin Langmead admits Peterborough have to sort out their `shambolic` defending if they are to maintain pace at the top of npower League One. Gary Johnson`s side were 3-0 up against Swindon last weekend but gifted the Robins a comeback before finally closing out a 5-4 win. Langmead said: "It should have been an easy game for us against Swindon as we were 3-0 up but individual errors cost us and the defending in the first half was shambolic. "To go in 3-3 at half-time was just not good enough and we have all held our hands up and admitted that. "We have a team that is capable of scoring plenty of goals but we cannot expect to win games if we are conceding that many, it's as simple as that. "But we have proved we can go away and keep it tight. You only have to look at the Carlisle game as the perfect example and we will be trying to replicate that performance on Saturday."
