Johnson hails on-song strikers

Manager Gary Johnson hailed his strikers' clinical finishing after Peterborough dumped Cardiff out of the Carling Cup with a shock 2-1 victory. The Bluebirds were on the receiving end of a late turnaround at London Road as Craig Mackail-Smith and George Boyd sent them tumbling after Jay Bothroyd's opener. Johnson said: "We do a hell of a lot of work on finishing in training. The lads seem to love it and both Craig and George showed how clever they were when scoring with their supposed weaker feet. "Now hopefully we will get either the smallest or biggest teams left in the competition. Who knows, we might even be the smallest!"
