Gannon has been named as the third manager of a troubled season for Posh following the sacking of Mark Cooper, who won just one of his 13 games in charge.[LNB]And Rowe admits he owes a lot to the former Motherwell boss, who he played under during his time at Stockport.[LNB]"Under Jim at Stockport we played good football in any conditions and that is what he will encourage at this club", he told the Posh matchday magazine. "He is very good with young players, he helps them to progress, he gave me a chance and I know a lot of other players that will say the same.[LNB]"I'm sure he will come in and try and get his philosophy across and as players it is up to us to take that on board and go out there and express ourselves."[LNB]Rowe added: "I played left back for Jim, it will be interesting to see whether I can find a regular position, but I just want to play. Everyone has a clean slate and everyone needs to work hard on the training pitch to show what they can do."[LNB][LNB]
