George Boyd by Posh prospects

Peterborough forward George Boyd believes the club are in for one of the most exciting seasons ever seen at London Road. Posh bounced back from a 5-1 mauling at Bournemouth to thump four past Huddersfield last weekend and see off Cardiff in a Carling Cup win which was sealed by Boyd`s last-minute curler. He said: "I think it is going to be right up there with the most exciting seasons the club has had. "We had the blip against Bournemouth but the confidence is unbelievable and the lads are enjoying every moment. "We seem to come alive in the second half of games but I don't really understand why we can't put it all together for 90 minutes. It just hasn't happened in the last two games, but if it did we would batter teams. "We have ability and goals throughout the side and have the confidence in that we can out-score our opponents. If they get three, we believe we can score four."
